RECIPE #110 - GRILLED CHICKEN AND SPINACH PIZZA w/ a ZEE'S CREAM SAUCE on SOURDOUGH! - Using a "BOXED" SOURDOUGH MIX, we prepared MIX, YEAST, & WATER as directed and used our BREAD MAKER to MIX... After it's cycle of mixing and rising, we removed and formed into a FRENCH BREAD style shaped LOAF, about 1 foot long, and BAKED in oven for about 5 mins. Then SLICED several slits crossways and continue... baking for only 3 more mins. Then REMOVE from oven and CUT/SLICE from one end to another about HALFWAY THROUGH. Carefully SPREAD & FORM into a PIZZA SKIN as shown making sure bottom is EVEN. Then, using about 6 or 8 TBS of ZEE'S SAUCE spread evenly on bottom, TOP with "PRE" GRILLED CHICKEN, SPINACH DIP, and a light layer of MOZZARELLA. (Pepperoni may be added as well) - And if 'ya want to go ALL OUT,,, TOP w/ chunks of GOAT CHEESE for the SPECIAL OCCASIONS...
